SonySugar Board Meets Employees

The newly appointed Board of Directors, led by the chair, Hon. Jared Opiyo, met the employees of SonySugar on Friday 9th June, 2023 at the Company’s Guest House grounds. The meeting which coincided with Quarter 4 Corporate Team Brief—also addressed by the KUSPAW-Awendo branch leadership and the acting managing director, Stephen Ligawa—was basically for formal introduction of the board membership to the employees.

The board members present included Professor Eric Osenya, Douglas Kailanya, Theodora Gichana, Laura Abishag Matiko, Mary Akoth Were, Tobias Osano, John Billy Momanyi, Peninah Mukami and Kipkoech Kirui. The Board chair pledged to initiate policies which will augment the efforts of Management and employees in spurring sustainable operations.
